She holds a certificate in International Food laws & regulations (U.S, China, European Union, and Global regulation of Food contact substances-Packaging). She is a Food Safety and Quality Management System professional with over 16 years of experience in the Food industry. She is a BRCGS Approved Training Partner (ATP), SQFI approved SQF consultant/trainer, FSSC22000 trainer, skilled in performing GAP assessment, production management, Product safety culture, GMPs, HACCP, Root cause analysis, Risk assessment, Vulnerability assessment for food fraud, FDA FSMA (Preventive Controls for Human Food) and GFSI (BRCGS, SQF, FSSC22000, PRIMUSGFS). She has extensive knowledge of and hands-on working experience with GFSI benchmarked standards including BRCGS, SQF, and FSSC 22000. She develops food safety policies, pre-requisite programs, food safety and quality plans, and trainings to achieve FDA FSMA and GFSI-BRCGS, SQF, FSSC22000, and PRIMUSGFS standard compliance.
