Diana joined SCS in 2010 and has been leading the company’s Quality Assurance Team since 2012. She designed, implemented and championed the adoption of the corporate Quality Management System across 100+ programs. Under Diana’s guidance, the Quality Assurance Team enabled rapid growth of SCS’ global offerings of certification and verification services by achieving and maintaining numerous accreditations spanning many industries, from food and agriculture to natural resource extraction to consumer and commercial product manufacturing. As Vice President of Global Quality Assurance, Diana oversees design and implementation of the company’s impartiality and risk management mechanisms both internally and with international partners to ensure SCS’ credibility in the marketplace as an independent third-party certification body whose work is directly reinforcing the United Nation’s Sustainable Development Goals.
